It's great to see how easily she adjusts to traveling and 'roughing' it!
Any pics of the new baby yet???

Oh boy..... Yeah I said that a couple of months ago... The two kittens here can ransack a house quite well! Very enjoyable, but.... ummm.. nerve racking at times!

LOL! Well, my BF and I did have the discussion last night that neither of us care much for things like sofas or home furnishings. Probably a good thing that my priorities are more kitten focused than having a model home!

We picked out this kitten when it was still a tiny baby (unlike Siada who was already old enough to go home when we selected her and we could see how she was developing). We had no idea how her looks would work out. She actually looks a fair bit like Siada (who is a cousin) in the face and I am SO delighted to see she grew some lovely big ears :)

Awww, she is adorable! When does she get to come home?

Cherish those quarantine days - those are for you, so that you can spend quality time and bond with her before she meets her new playmate and forgets all about you! ;)

Our new baby has arrived! She was totally playful in the crate on the way home, but took a few minutes longer to adjust to the quarantine space than Siada did (as Siada had no adjustment period at all, lol). She is a total chunker, lol. But she is super active (of course) and eating like a horse. Hard as heck to catch, but will purr and cuddle when she is ready to do so (and she slept on my pillow all night). She is so funny because she hops and bounces instead of runs. I cannot wait till time to introduce them to each other! (First pic is Siada, and the other two are the new marble baby Layla... notice she has a sword pattern on her back!)

Layla is 8 weeks old and is 2.8lbs, Siada was almost 10 weeks when we got her and she was only 2.3lbs then. I think Layla will outgrow Siada (who is a pretty petite, but wonderfully long girl.)

She is a real cutie, but I have to ask - what breeder allowed a kitten to go to its new home at only 8 weeks of age? Please be sure she has had two vaccines before introducing her to Siada.
