Hi Paige, it would be helpful if we had a reminder to renew before our membership expired. Does this happen at the same time for everyone, or does it depend upon when we first joined?

Yeah, that's frutstrating - is there any way to post an automatic message here once a month as a reminder? Then people just need to remember their month when the reminder comes up.
