There has to be a special place in Hell for people like that. See how they like the eternal burn! Man is definitely not a civilized creature. We are the only ones who commit heinous acts for the thrill of it. Sometimes I think if the justice system allowed the punishment to be exactly what the criminal inflicted, there might be less crime. Then again, I could just be dreaming. It's too bad that mental healthcare isn't a top priority. Government keeps pushing for group homes in the community. If politicians and govt. officials had to work with this population for a year, they would understand that some people should never be turned out into the community. No matter how hard you try, there are some folks that will never be "normal".

It's sad to see any human doing such damage to an innocent animal, a kitten at that. And it's cruel to say this, but I believe that any one that does such thing to any animal, as it happened to poor Justin, deserves the same treatment. They deserve to be burned, to feel what he felt, to go through the stress that he went through. Unfortunately, this is one sad world with people becoming more cruel day by day. Humans can definitely be selfish at times, and never think of the damage they can cause to others.

Absolutely disgusting. The person needs to be found and dealt with or at least put in the mental hospital because that is a sure sign of something severely wrong with the person who is capable of doing that. Next thing you know, someone of that psychotic mindset will think if people instead of helpless animals.
