This wait is killing me...

You know Jason, you are very smart to wait, but there are ferries from NJ (where they are legal) to NYC that make for a very easy commute . . . :)

Haha that is true, but I wouldn't be living outside of the city until I'm a proper adult, to which I am not. NYC is the largest market for law firms, and Penn probabaly sends the majority of its graduates there, with DC being next on the list. I would love to work in DC, possibly over NYC, but it's a much smaller and specialized market, it is hard to get a job. Savannahs are legal there so that would be nice. I'll likely know for sure before this time next year. The fact that my brother and sister now BOTH have a cat sucks too hahah.

I waited almost 2yrs before I found Keeba! He was worth the wait and defiantly my soul mate kitty. Will probably be my one and only Savannah!

>.> I mean a little easier maybe? I'll likely live someplace where they aren't legal so I really CAN'T get one, so the complete lack of possibility until they are legal in NYC makes the wait a little easier. It kind of just points me in the direction of getting a puppy, which I couldn't keep a live right now anyways lol ( law school).
Yeah, I could see that-- if you literally can't have one, then it's easier to wait versus when you can and it is killing you! LOL!

You are smart in waiting until you know for sure what your living situation will be. The one suggestion I would like to make if you've never met a Savannah is to go to a cat show. They are alot of fun, you meet alot of great people and you get to see in person what a Savannah is like.
