Tummy problems.

It sounds like a bowel obstruction to me. If the vet can't find anything else wrong with him I would personally insist on a barium swallow.

When Tojo had swallowed part of a toy his eating slowed down but toilet habits were normal. He started vomiting a little but it was so vague. Try to be sure Kovu hasn't swallowed something.
To my knowledge he hasn't. The main things he goes for is my hair ties, which I only keep two out at a time, the rest are in a box under the sink. Both are accounted for.

Ashley, is the vomiting continuing? This would be 4 days now, and I would be worrying about some form of obstruction. Well worth having the vet check it out.

Sorry for the lack of update, its been CRAZY at my house! Got the flu shot, had a bad reaction, ended up in ER.. blaaah.
Anyway, we took Kovu to the vet. She gave him a shot of anti nausea medication & prescribed Science Diet i/d (for gastrointestinal issues). Since getting the shot, and eating the prescription food he has been acting fine, no vomiting! We have a follow up on Friday, she said if he starts throwing up again to bring him in & they'll do x-ray & blood work, but so far, so good!

Went in for his follow up & everything seems good. But he has ear mites. :'( So they had to clean out his ears, which meant he was NOT a happy boy. But here he is, healthy tummy and clean(er) ears!
