Vomit

If the food is not, or only partially digested then he is probably eating too much or too fast.
For what it's worth, my F1 male sometimes does this (I feed him raw). On a few occasions I've caught him eating super fast, barely chewing his food! It's rare, probably one case every 6 months. But when I have looked at the vomit upon cleaning it up, it's basically intact and hardly chewed. dj

Scorpius, when he vomits his food intact, that is regurgitation, and it is most definitely from eating too fast. Razi does this sometimes if he is really hungry.

I had an F3 that I placed that did that in his new home. One of those slow feeder dog bowls resolved his issues thankfully...

If removing the Royal Canin fixed the problem then it sounds like you have your answer. I'm not sure what ingredient in the food set him off, but guessing it might have been the corn. What have you been feeding him instead?
