Oh definitely not 24 hour responses. But for the reason why, let me tell you. When you buy something that is not common and you KNOW the healthy clean facilities of a place you at least feel comfortable that your cat isn't bred wrong. You just don't know and though I wish there would have been answers quickly I love my boos and wouldn't trade the facility other than communication. It bums me out this piece of it. Which I hope they change quickly. I notice it even on their Facebook page with other clients.

Eekkkk he is here! Amazing day. So different than our F2 and F3. Not the best photo here as he was sleeping but wowswrs the ears on a frontal stand tall and proud. Markings are deep and bold.
