What incites your cat to riot?

Ya think the chipmunks would learn already ;)
Yeah, ya would. but they breed like rabbits so there seems to be a reoccurring supply every spring. Funny there were none over the winter months. Do they hibernate? Saw squirrels and rabbits all winter long. Kept the coyotes fed.

Well, one day Rascal BOLTED out the door unaware to my wife. 2 seconds later he came back with a chipmunk in his mouth. Didn't turn out well.
:( That's sad...On the bright side, your cat came back! I can't imagine being able to catch Triton if he got out.

Rascal looks like he's licking his chops. He's an apex predator and he knows it. The feeling is so strong that he'd like nothing better than to lay that rodent on your lap and share a meal with you.

In fact, the avatar picture was taken in "prime" hunting grounds. He is checking out the possibilities.
I think he was trying to share the chipmunk with my wife. He was disappointed she wasn't in the mood for fresh chipmunk.

This is the moment just before Rascal goes psychotic (homicidal ideation in this case).
The chipmunk is behind the glass and stuck inside of the screen.
I had to go out the front door and around to the back of the house to get said chipmunk out of the predicament. It took Rascal 20 minutes to calm down!

I hear ya!! Crazy went 'crazy' over two crows and our local squirrel who teases ALL the pets!! 483748_3921665059231_1307421631_n[1].jpg
