What sounds do your Savannahs make?

Minion has a couple noises, a very angry sounding meow that she does whenever we get home after having left her for a while. She also has a very sad sounding meow that is her normal talking, then a squeaky meow when she is trying to purr.

I play hide and seek with Zeddie all the time. Basically, she runs into a hiding spot and I chase her, and then she runs out and hides somewhere else and I find her. Or I will run into a room and she will come looking for me. When she finds me she ZOOMS away. Its hilarious. She also poofy tails when she finds me

I had one cat that made an odd chattering noise when she watched birds - it sounded more like a bird than a cat, there was no tone to it, more like a percussion instrument was being used. I've not heard any of my other Savannahs make that noise.

Rafiki definitely has a tone when she does this. It is not just chatter. Could it be "mrrrrppppp" with vibrato?

She does it mainly when she doesn't want us to get in the shower.....something about us getting into that water box seriously disturbs her. She either waits by the shower door or jumps up on the enclosure and makes that sound at us.

I was walking Rafiki yesterday and some birds were swooping around her. When the hunt was over, she made a new sound - several full deep serval chirps. It was adorable! I so wish I had had my phone with me to record it.

Azidi chuffs a lot. But she has quiet little merows, unless I am out of the room, then they are loud and demanding MEOWs. She growls a lot at Kilifi. A quiet medium pitch growl that is so Unconvincing. When she wants me to pet her, it is more of a little trill.

Kilifi will meow, neow, moww and when I hold her and she wants down she too will "nooo". She trills when she is feeling naughty and purrows when she is trying to coax me into doing something. She does the little yoww with a vibrato when she is stalking her toys. When she is upset, she tries to growl but it sounds more like a whine. She gives a cute little "Ehh" when you make her do something she would rather not do. Kilifi is loquatious but Azidi is a girl of few words. You better listen tho.

OH and Kilifi pants a lot. Not from being hot, but from excitement. When playing and she pants I know it is time to chill out.
