ummm, she should have home owners insurance to cover that...... I have insurance on all my rental properties. Sorry, you do not need this aggravation now.

Right?? That's what I thought. She asked if my Dad had renter's insurance.... No! That's why they are supposed to insure their properties! Ugghh this lady is just too much! She is determined she does not want to have to pay for the cleanup. Greedy I say...

OMG you guys my Dad is dead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot believe this!!!!!!!
We started to worry because he lives alone and hadn't heard from him in like a week and a half... We thought it was weird, as we can usually get him eventually. We got worried enough my Aunt called the cops to check on him. They got the key from his landlord since he didn't answer, and found him in his recliner dead.
The cause of death is unknown, and the coroner won't do an autopsy since there is no sign of foul play. He was only 61 :'(
This last month has been pretty awful, one bit of bad news after another but this is the absolute worst. I was his closest friend/relative.
I'm sorry I'm in such shock....... I don't handle grief very well.

This is awful! But someday we all go away to another world... I am very sorry that this happened to your father... To be strong

I am so very very sorry for your loss, Alicia :-( That is a terrible shock and I don't think anyone would handle that well, especially with no expectation or indication this was a possibility :-(

I am so saddened that you won't find out what happened either, that would be some closure... and instead you will always wonder what caused this.

I hope that you are close to your Aunt and have other family to comfort you through this very difficult time. Cyber hugs from me!

I wish it was peaceful..... The picture his former landlord is painting is pretty gruesome. I don't know what's wrong with her or why she would tell his DAUGHTER those things!! Omg!!! And she is mad cause her property management company will be out $3000 to clean the place! Really?! I am so sorry my Dad died and it was a mess for you, wtf is wrong with her?? :'(
What a nasty, nasty person. She keeps bugging me to find out if he had any life insurance so she can get reimbursed. I'm pretty sure he died with $86 to his name.

That is the most pathetic thing I have ever heard! She has about as much compassion as an ear mite. Karma will come around and bite her in the butt one of these days.
