Little Spencer needs a bigger bed. His cat tree is way to small. I am building a bigger one as we speak.

How lucky to be so talented that you can build your own cat tree! Please post pics of it when you're done!!

I went in the woods and got some trees that have big burls on them. Just cut them in half and voila! you get an already made platforms for the Boys to jump on. I just finish peeling the bark off them. I have to let them dry for a couple of weeks then I will put them all together. Here is a few photos of my project.

Very cool! What kind of trees are these? I think I'd get fined if I ever got caught cutting down trees in the 'woods' around here... tri sad:

Jack Pine, I live in the woods. We produce our own power and form or own government . They were on my property. But, with what we call a fuel permit, we can go and cut trees for firewood. And also my brother in law is a logger. We are surrounded by a couple millions acres of forest filled with beautiful scenery and wild life.
