Well Martin got back to me and said I could just feed her in the morning and in the evening (as much as she'll eat in an hour) and it should be fine. This way I don't have to try to judge how much to put in her food bowl. Yesterday I just put a table spoon in her food bowl at each serving and she had it gobbled up fast!

man this simple feeding thing is turning out to be kinda stressful...for the past 2 weeks ive fed gahnja raw boneless chicken breasts pretty much all day every day and hes been devouring them, and since weve started he refuses to eat anything else!...but theres no bones? so clearly im doing it wrong ....right? im just trying to think in terms of how would he live out in the wild if he hunted chickens for survival and mice ect...hed grow just fine...or does he need something else? i also have some purina pro choice chicken/liver wet food that seems to have the right first 4 ingredients.

Dark meat, bones, & organs are what you should be feeding. Dark meat has more taurine which is an essential amino acid that cats need as they cannot synthesize much of it themselves and must get it from their diet.
Please please read this link. It has useful information for determining how to feed raw and the recommended ratio of meat/organ/bone. http://www.rawfedcats.org/practicalguide.htm
