Paige, that is why I could never breed SVs. I could not stand to let them go...No matter how wonderful the new parents were. I just love them too much. ALL cats, actually.

It is very difficult....I cannot lie...I kept two kittens from zuri's first litter...that is how difficult it was/is for me....they are my pets...many tears are shed when it is time for kittens to leave for their forever homes.

You're stronger than I am Paige. I could not do it. My good friend had a cat who gave birth to kittens in her pottry studio. She found home for all but one. Sweet pea. A black DLH. I guess I bonded to her because whenever I go to the studio, "pea" hops up on my lap and purrs. All this from just holding her as a kitten once a week. I bond to cats easy I think..

Gotta tell you Paige. Orion is magnificent. Kilifi sat on my lap and watched the video and purred with little purrows. I think she was smitten with his charm.

Making the sweetest and most beautiful cats for someone else to enjoy for the rest of their lives. It is hard to let them go, definitely bittersweet, but this is why we do it. Thanks so much Sue! You know how hard it was for me to let him go, but Danny is a great owner...and I get to see Orion pretty often for shows, so it is a win-win situation! Orion is by far, one of the sweetest kittens ever
