Amazing adoption kitty

Yea, would love to see some more pics! She looks Bengal-ish to me from the little I can see...regardless of if she's a Savannah or a Bengal, there's likely loads of personality to back up that spotted coat!

Funny you should post this, we were at PetCo picking up food & had to spend 5 hours (ok, slight exaggeration but if you have a child who is passionate about animals, you understand lol) looking at all the lizards, frogs, hamsters, mice, and cats that they have available for adoption. One kitten they had marked "tabby" but had more spots than stripes. My 5 year old got super excited and was like "WHAT!? How did a Kovu baby get in HERE?!" LOL I'm going to guess she was part Bengal and not Savannah, but I just thought it funny that we both found some spotted babies for adoption.
"Tabby" is still the correct term, there's four types of tabbies: spotted tabbies, ticked tabbies, marbled or classic tabbies and mackerel tabbies :)

Is a spotted tabby bred (or have maybe a grandparent) with a bengal or Savannah to get the spots, or do some tabbys just come out spotted? lol Glenn's always teasing me about not going to Hawaii. He is like "Kovu is just a tabby, with spots." & I'm like TABBYS DONT HAVE SPOTS. But I guess they do? lol

Yes, tabbies can be spotted even in the purely domestic world. Oriental Shorthairs for example come in a spotted tabby form... Egyptian Maus, Ocicats...

We've been wanting a Savannah. I can hardly believe that when I went to the animal shelter after looking at cats on the web for the whole winter that there was one there that looks like a Savannah. What do you think? She 's with us now! Her name: Tiki!
She is very cute! And definitely has some great spotting going on there!! :)

Just owned by both breeds and still learning differences. Looks more Bengal with the eyes, ear placement and head shape. My bengal is very slender and without looking at the ears, eyes and head shape, could pass for a SV kitten unless they are next to each other and you see the difference in those traits. Either way, your kitten is beautiful!
