Azidi obviously loves you, and I'm guessing that she is feeling much more blessed for having you come into her life than vice versa. Sounds like she might be a bit out of shape though if she got winded after a few minutes of trotting on the wheel - time to whip that little lady into shape! (y)

Maybe winded was not the correct term. She was breathing heavier than normal. Like she was a BIT winded. Andrea and I talked about that. Andrea did suggest I do something to get her more active. She felt Azidi was a little out of shape, but nothing a little "tread mill" activity would not fix. SO...the wheel. ;)

I am glad Azidi loves me. I sure love her.

I beg to differ. Animals know when you care and that is why you are in charge. They want to please you. I have had cats for the past 40 years, I have to say that all my boys have been awesome. Nobody can believe how they respond to me, but I just love them. I still have 2 Persians boys, one is 19, the other 21, it is just a matter of time before Romeo & Lelan pass on, I cannot even think of it. Too heart broken. That is probably why I got Charlie, Spencer, Chaplin to try to lessen the hurt. Either way I love all my boys.

Well. I had nothing new to report on the wheel thing with Azidi. Or so I thought.
I went in this AM and she talked to me, loved on me, and was really quite sweet. BUT, she would not go near the wheel. Last night however, I was a bit curious if she was paying ANY attention to the wheel when I was not in with her. SO, I put a little piece of masking tape on the edge and noted the position. If she moved the wheel I would be able to tell. I went back in later and the tape was NOT in the same position. I moved the tape to a new position, and left her for the night. When I went in this AM, the tape was moved around the wheel. I wondered if she may be playing on or with the wheel when I was out of the room. So I put the kitty cam back in her room directed at the wheel. Nothing for almost a half hour. Then she moved the camera so I could not see the wheel. I moved it back, and when I had come back out to the computer, she was sniffing at the wheel. For about 5 min, she walked around the wheel, then she hopped on and began trotting. She trotted for about 3 min then hopped off. I think she is using the wheel when I am not in with her. The little sneak. :)
