OK. Not sure if anyone is really interested, but today is my last work day until Jan 7 2015. Tomorrow starts my 3 week vacation. I will be a much nicer person during the time I have off. I will be with my fur kids more, which ALWAYS makes me happy. I will be able to work with Ms. Azidi attempting to open her mind to Kilifi and Regie. Also maybe I can get Mr Regie in his walking jacket so I can intorduce him to the back yard. I am also getting a new Laptop computer on Wednesday, so I will be setting that up. Then there is that Christmas thing I have to do. So I think I will have plenty to keep me occupied. BUT, I DO plan on sleeping a lot. THAT is my favorite thing to do on vacation.

The folks at work call me a grump. Because I don't march lock step to the company BS, and do not want to work ANY overtime no matter why or how much I am paid.

I SO VERY MUCH AGREE with that. But... US Airways/American Airlines would NEVER even consider such a great Idea. They don't care about folks who work for them. Not unless the CEO had a Savannah and then he would have his own PRIVATE Savannah room. WAIT... that would never happen. A Savannah would never stay in the same room with him.

There is a difference between valuing your time more than $ (which can at times be a very reasonable choice) and being a grumpy person. I doubt you are a grump
In fact, I find the idea funny

Yeah Nikki. You are pretty much right on the mark there. I can be grumpy, when crossed, but most of my friends think I am nice.. most of the time. ( boy do I have them fooled. LOL ) My fur babies like me, and THAT is what is really important.

Well, I took Regie in to see Azidi. She did NOT run away. She walked over to the base of her tree and stood there. I put Regie on the bed, and he began hissing and growling. Zidi, stood up and started to hop up on the bed, but stopped short when he hissed at her. She looked at me and then hissed back at him. Neither of them made any move to be aggressive towards the other. I was so proud of them both. What surprised me was Zidi being the one trying to make contact and NOT running away scared.
Praised her and him both for not fighting.
