Ha. Regie is trying a new strategy, Instead of lying on dad's briefcase to keep him from going to work, today her is lying on dad's vest. Also probably softer to lay on too. LOL
Hate to tell him. Ain't gonna work boy.

Just keep reminding him that you'll be retiring soon and he'll be seeing more of you than he ever imagined possible!

April 12th is my last day. Unless they piss me off . Then maybe tomorrow. LOL

See!!! They are trying!!!

My kids are gonna be so upset. I work today until 2:30 pm. Then I am off but I have to be back at 10:00 pm tonight at which time I will work straight thru till 2:30 pm tomorrow. The best I can do for sleep is about 3-4 hours. Then I am supposed to be back again at 10:00 pm tomorrow night for 8 hours. I did NOT volunteer. It was forced on me. Needless to say the kids will get very little attention today and tomorrow. But I believe I will feel crappy enough to call in sick tomorrow night, Which will result in a test of wills between me and management. I WILL prevail. What is the worst he could do??? Fire me?? Ok. Go for it. It's not like I would lose much.
Sigh.

It is in the union contract. It is ALL overtime and a shift is limited to 16 hours. But even if they paid an outrages amount, it is not something I would NOT want. At my age it is too overtaxing. I will most likely sleep most of the night. And they can complain all they want. I am too close to retiring to worry.
