Do you even get modified live for /against rabies? That´s scary, and I know European countries do not allow it.
Apart from that, any animal should be healthy when it´s vaccinated. Otherwise you´re just adding to the immune burden (endangering the animal) and aiding disease development and at the same time not getting very much benefit from your vaccines. Multiple vaccines when boosting is not a known problem, but when giving the initial shots I would advocate a little care and not mix too many: usually the panleuko and calici and herpes are in the same shot, if you then add Clamydophila you´re straining it (which may be a reason for some of the reactions you see to Clamydophila vaccines), and adding rabies on top is just that: in my opinion going over the top. And you, the owner, have to give informed consent.
As for killed vs attenuated, I think Ive had my say on that...
