Can't prevent plant from being eaten

LOL my cat ate my rare orchids, absolutely destroyed my exotic fern, and trashed all my other plants!!! I'm sorry I'm afraid I'm not much help either... My beautiful collection is no more. Cats and plants don't seem to mix!!
I had to laugh about the orchids! That big sun room Zerah is coming to is my "former" orchid room, as I have cried too often at destroyed orchids on the floor! I only cried for a week, once, when I gave them up. Cats, on the other hand, are living joy, and they talk to you, and love you!

That is very true! Though some day if I can find somewhere safe to put them, I will ship some more in from Australia... :/

I've found that Finn doesn't particularly like eating the plants but she knows that it will piss me off if she swats at them or nibbles them, haha. I began ignoring her with the hope that she will give up if I don't pay attention to her antics and it seems to be working... for now! I suppose you have already tried a number of things though, might just be best to surrender like others have said and remove your plants :(

I gave up plants in the house after the first year of having Savannahs. I remember warning someone that I sold an F3 to...they had a lovely big indoor tree...she sent me a pic a year later, the tree had one sad leaf left :-(

Once your cat has decided your plant is fun or yummy... I'm not sure you can dissuade them.

Tojo doesn't bother too much with my live houseplants but the fake ones have all hit the trash because he absolutely INGESTS them :(
