I finally got mine back in the house after it has been in the carport to unstinkify. I sprayed the hell out of it with Febreze yesterday as one last precautionary measure. No smell today! Those are Nimbus's ears sticking up. He's enjoying it already.

Bought one from the same place at the start of the thread. It is holding up very well, and the 5 cats who allow me to live here are still as much loving it as they did on day one.

It's from Pet Supply, a pet retailer in SoCal. I had him tweak the design to accommodate my giant savannahs.
