I finally got a call back last night, and the blood work shows Keljin's protein levels and blood cell counts are normal. So FIP out of the question.

There were no scratches or ulcers on the surface, so it was not injury related either. At this point our bet is on bacterial, either way the same meds are the right treatment and I already notice he has improved. The cloud in his left eye is shrinking already and he is behaving like his normal savannah self! I tried taking pics to show you guys, but its really hard to capture in the right light, and with a squirmy lil guy :( lol

GREAT news and glad that the meds are helping and he is improving!! :)

Such a relief. Keljin's boo boo is getting better and you (and us living it with you) are not under that horrible cloud of worry about FIP.
