One question I had, is I saw there was mention of some pretty high ceilings, just how far do people think you can comfortably go without putting your cat at risk?

John, the reason I put a lip on the walkway is because of Juba's vestibular disease. He gets dizzy occasionally and has balance issues. I wanted to be sure it would be a bit tougher for him to fall. The ceiling in this room is 14'. If I were to do the same in the areas where the ceilings are 24', I wouldn't put the walkways any higher unless I were doing a tunnel system.

John, I'm not sure it matters how high the ceilings are, as long as the path up and down are secure with safe footing for a cat - I mean after a certain distance terminal velocity is the same
