DAY 14

That's pretty much what I've heard from others and far different result than what I had with a competitive product.
It's the reason I started using the stuff years ago in response to the advice of Sue Armstrong (Amara Savannahs) as I had found that the cats hated the taste of so many supplements I trialled. And the Mazuri one they don't seem to hate at all, and yes can even like! So I haven't experimented from there, this works and my cats have been very healthy using this.

I had an issue with a kitten and while consulting with the nutritional specialist vet, once we got past the issue that he disapproved of a raw diet but the kitten was feeling crappy so was very fussy and was insisting on raw meat only... he took the Mazuri ingredient list and ran the numbers on it. And he could not find fault with it, although he wanted me to try the one that was formulated by UC Davis veterinarians...which I tried and the cats hated it. But that aside, I was happy that he couldn't pick fault with it..

The only thing I don't like about Mazuri is that it's owned by Purina (but they seem to go to lengths to hide that fact, so you have to research it to put together the pieces). I just don't trust those big corporate pet food entities anymore, they never tell you the truth about anything and hide ingredients, so this is annoying. At any rate, my boys won't eat food with Mazuri mixed in, but they go nuts over the powder on its own. Go figure.

You really need to look past what Ralston Purina does in the pet food market as it's a completely different entity than Purina Mills and what they do with Livestock products. Ralston Purina is owned by Nestle, and Purina Mills is owned by LandO'Lakes. Huge difference between what those two companies deliver, although both offer products under the Purina moniker.

Anyway, Mazuri is owned by Purina Mills and they aren't the scum sucking pigs that Nestle is.

Where do you buy Mazuri Carnivore supplement - the one for slab meat?

Jammu likes chunks and Rafiki likes ground. I cannot seem to get them to some happy middle ground. Jammu eats ground in the morning but almost nothing but chunks in the evening (no matter how I mix it up, the little stinker leaves most of the ground behind). As a result, I am going to need to change his supplement to something more slab meat related.

I just purchased some from their web site, mazuri.com. I am using this weekend. It came in a 1 KG container.

Dino loves Mazuri! I put it on his plate before his food and half the time its gone before it's mixed with his chow.
