This animal is doing such a great job adapting to his new place. He's diligent with his litter box, eats well, sleeps well, is affectionate with me, and seems comfortable in his surroundings. Simply no transitional issues to speak of whatsoever [so far]. I think that I really lucked out with this guy. It seems clear that Susan at Majestic Savannahs did a fantastic job getting him socialized. And, if I can admit, thanks to input from this site, as well as literature and videos from cat experts, I've been quite fastidious in getting myself educated so that I can do this right.
I recently quit my office job to go full time on a non-profit start up that I've been working on, so I'm here all day and am really giving Daytona a lot of attention and care. This just couldn't be better.
