Do black kitten noses stay black?

It's no secret that I am a fan of the big puffy pink nose These are a few of my kittens produced here, both past and present. I find the pink nose is larger and more in line with what we want to see than the black nose at times. From left to right: F4C, F7A, F8B and F8B; F3B.

I do have one girl here who I would not consider cool colored who has kept her black nose, but this is a first for me:

Maybe it's just me, but I find it a bit odd that the breeder is making up colors for the kittens. To me platinum is silver - so is the kitten silver, or is it brown (black) spotted tabby?

Patti, Arya is my F3 girl. She is BST however to look at her she appears silver. Platinum brown was just a term that Darlynne and I used to describe her color.
