Do you allow your SV into the bathroom?

ANYWAY! :) Bathroom stuff - would love to hear from people if they allow their SV in the bathroom or if he/she is too destructive

It is impossible to keep Rafiki out of the bathroom. She puts up such a fuss that we gave up.

Toilet paper is either kept in the cabinet (spare bathrooms) or the core is smashed and it is placed backwards on the dispenser. She does not just swat her paws at it but places the paper between her two front paws and pulls it down in a very deliberate manner. If we forget to leave the lid down, she will either water-board her toys, my socks or other assorted items and then deliver them to me (in a nice soggy state) in bed. She will unravel the TP, grab a pile of it and place it in the toilet until soggy. She will then run thru the house with it and throw it so that it sticks to the walls. She has a serious toothbrush fetish and they must be kept away at all times.

On the flip side, she is her most affectionate in the bathroom first thing in the morning. Her morning love-fest ritual lasts anywhere from 5 - 15 minutes of head butts, purrs and all sorts of loving. She also chatters about the evils of the drain-monster every time we take a shower. I wouldn't give that up for a tidy bathroom!

I have 2 F4s and they are purrfect Angels. Just kidding...but they don't destroy the bathroom. Except my male when he is bored sometimes.

We let ours in the bathrooms because it is just easier than trying to keep them out.

However all TP is either in a vanity next to toilet, or in the metal holder like the one that Witchy already mentioned. No shower curtains or towels are left hanging in the bathrooms either. Vanity tops are emptied and all cabinets have magnetic locks on them. Toilet seats are ALWAYS kept down. And men have to keep an eye out for a flying SV when peeing!! Sink drains are left open just in case a faucet gets knocked on we might find it BEFORE the entire bathroom get flooded. And there are child proof locks on linen closet doors.

My girls are good. No destruction. But Regulus. He is a boy. he will take any paper he finds and put it in the toilet. That will ruin a roll of Brawny towels real fast.

Mystique the dog/cat;Seraphimah spunky kitty
I have a F4 "Mystique" (3 years) and she is good in the bathroom. Doesn't destroy toilet paper or anything like that. She will play with the empty roll and chew it up and bat it around. Sometimes she takes my hair clips and carries them off in her mouth. Hides them under the sofa and chairs. Put a cabinet lock on, so she can't get into the dangerous stuff under the cupboard. Mystique likes to sit on the edge of the tub and watch people taking a bath, but wont go near the shower when it is on. Mystique likes to try to jump up onto the wall above the shower, so she has left claw marks. Specially if she sees a bug and wants to catch it. She likes to sit in the window and watch birds and bunnies, so we make sure the window is only open an inch, so she cant fall out of the screen. She is a good girl and just a little mischievous.

Getting an F2, coming home in a few months to live with us. Not sure if it will be the same or not?

Your cat is beautiful! Enjoy your new Savannah!

We allow our cat everywhere in the house, and he doesnt do too bad. We now know what he will eat or chew on, but he is pretty good.
