Is this the one that states the use of steal cages and not being allowed in the breeders home? If I read that all right.

Yes, the ruling requires any breeder with more than four "breeder" females (and this would include kittens that are being kept to replace existing queens) to have a USDA permit which requires them to be kept in disinfectable cages...

I'm so glad I have a little cushion in my cat fund (because my regular bank account is almost empty already!) so that I could donate. Frank Losey is my hero, and if he pulls this off we will all owe him a huge debt of gratitude!!!

Yes, it is called the AWA...and states have their own laws to target puppy and kitten mills...
