Dooley continues to do well. It's pretty obvious when he's not feeling well, as Dino adjusts his level of play.
Everything is pretty much hinged around the quantity of food he eats and what's in his bowels. Chances are if he looks like he's not feeling well, a gigantic dump isn't that far away. Stinky as all get out, and I can't wait until we can get him onto a raw diet again.
I've probably mentioned most of this before, but his meals are now spread out exactly 6 hours apart. Again everything is dialed in so we can get as much food in him as possible, while at the same time making sure at each meal he's hungry enough to take the meds that are mixed in with his food. It doesn't sound like all that much, but it's a real chore and a balancing act with our work schedules.
Anyway, just hoping we can keep Dooley on the right path and he has a successful surgery. Thanks again to everyone keeping our little big boy in their thoughts and prayers.
Thanks for the update... He is definitely still on our prayer list... I certainly know it is a lot of work, I know that Dooley appreciates it even though he may not really feel like showing it right now.
