Only experience I have is having my kitty for 1 year +3 months, She is my first & only kitten I've had. I know that she interacts with myself and my husband differently, playing and not playing. The question is whether higher serval % causes cats to play more roughly and to bite more frequently during rough play, or not. Also, when overstimulated, is there a difference in what they do with/to you while playing.
With me, she will play but doesn't extend her nails nor will she bite hard. She'll grab using her paws like hands and she will softly bite. My husband has taught her to play rough. He has had many many cats and likes to rough house. Kitty will scratch and bite him, because that is what he has taught her. When I observe them rough housing ( which I don't like to watch and most times will interfere to stop it) kitty does have tunnel vision and is extremely focused. Ears back ......she is on the attack. Kitty doesn't have any patience, makes her hit and then runs.
Sorry, I wasn't able to answer your question excatly.
