Aww sweet Nyah!!!

Thanks so much for the comments on our new girl. Each day I am more and m ore in love with this little girl. <3 I still can't get over her little loveable personality!! I definitely see the 'serval' come out at night time, she was practically climbing the walls last night at one point LOL. She is lightning FAST, playful, and oh my- that foxy, poofy tail!!!

I'm just wondering if you guys who have F2's think she will stay loveable like this, or will she grow out of it? I mean she has to sleep in my neck, under the covers, or sharing my pillow with me at night... super affectionate! Not to mention she is loveable with everyone, not just me. Hoping it's not just a kitten phase!! I was honestly thinking she would just want to bond with one person being a higher generation than my others. Does anyone else have an F2 that seems to have bonded with the entire family?

My F2 boy is 10 months old and he acted just like your little girl up until about a month ago. He doesn't sleep with my daughter anymore and is more independent. He's still a sweet boy but seems to be going through a independent phase. At night he always slept with my daughter under her covers but he has learned to open doors so there is no holding him in any room now. Lol! He's a busy boy at night now and just wants to prowl and stalk at night. I hope he grows out of this phase and returns to his snuggly, cuddly self. We are getting his half brother on the 4th of July. I'm wondering how the dynamics in the house will change. Going to be interesting.....lol

Good luck with his Half Brother... Hope they do well together... In my house is is only me and Jake (my dog) and Elsa sleeps right beside of me all night long... However, she does not like to sleep under covers, but does very well on top.

Violet, I think if you keep the loving attention going with her, she will continue to be the love bug she is. Keep the sleeping together, the guest loving her, etc. If it is ALWAYS in her life, she will not forget or turn away from it. If you stop the closeness, she will move into a different mindset. At least I THINK that would be the case. I am not an animal behaviorist. Just an animal lover. ;)

Ziggy is our 3 yo F2, and he sleeps curled up with one of us every night. He often sleeps half the night on top of the covers, and then tries to negotiate a spot under the covers (the darker the better) for the rest.

Here he is curled up between us (we're the lumps under the blanket...):

Very Nice pic of Ziggy... Looks like he is doing well, and quite comfortable.

I am beginning to believe that you are a contortionist or something... With your statement "we're the lumps under the blanket...", How did you get that picture, all without waking him up... :):Geeky:
