Oh oh !!!! We do have evidence. The stole has teeth and claw marks all over and they seem to be the same kind like Sasha's.

AND there's video evidence !!!! I was missing Sasha so much that I had husband-dear install a cam and we actually saw him 'steal' !!!!!

I object... This is hear say evidence... note the prosecutions own words... emphasis on "seem to be". This is not proof and I move to have this evidence removed.

If there is really a video, we need to see this video of him actually in the act. I would like to subpoena this evidence.

And plus he's a serial-offender ESP when it comes to pashmina stoles. He's obsessed with them!!!!!

I object - The prosecutions in the terms "serial-offender", please make note that my client has never been convicted as to being a "serial-offender" of anything...

Ahhh in the interest of finding the truth to this matter, yes or no, do the teeth match the accused? This will determine whether this evidence will be accepted into evidence.
The defendant's counsel is entitled to view any video evidence pertaining to the accusation, and the plaintiff is to provide the video evidence of the allegation.
Defendant's counsel is cautioned not to badger the plaintiff. There does appear to be evidence that the plaintiff has been a victim, however the perpetrator is of question. Defendant's counsel is to show some restraint in his showboating.
Savandalism is a serious matter and allegations should not be bandied about recklessly.

I knew we would need those cloud recordings some day!!! I've been convincing hubby to get that subscription but he's being too lazy. Maybe the court/judge could subpoena those dropcam guys and then EVERYONE will see how that sneaky lil guy stole that stole!!!

And about the serial offenses - he is so guilty of that !!! He's obsessed with all my clothes and shoes and even jewelry !!! Every time the closet door opens, he just runs inside to raid it !!!!

Unfortunately this court does not have jurisdiction to command a subpoena of a cloud. Keep looking.
As for the second item, you may well be able to produce video evidence of the serial claim.

The defense request this pic be placed into evidence as proof that Mr. Kitty could have never even thought about such a feat the he is being accused of.

Motion granted, enter as defense evidence #1.
Any idea when that video might arrive?
