It is not that I am planning to move to NYC outright, It is just on the short list of where I would like to end up. Job prospects in Philly at Big Law Firms are slim because in the last 20 years most firms have moved out of Philly through big mergers and acquisitions. Philly used to be a hub for huge law firms. There are one or two left but my Mother already works at one (in the miami office) so thats not an option lol. I would like to stay on the east coast so I'm down to DC and New York City. While I wouldn't let savannah laws dictate where I live, if they were legal in NYC now i wouldn't hesitate to get a Savannah sooner rather than later. I won't know where I will end up until the middle of next year at the soonest.
