Mark, can you reseal the bags?
I usually cut the bag a little longer than needed so you can use it again.
I use mine mostly for meat like steak and pork chops. Also use it for cheese.
You can wash the bag out and use it again but I don't. You can get the bags from Walmart for a good price.

I had a FoodSaver and LOVED it until the machine itself started giving me issues only wanting to vacuum half the time and wouldn't seal properly without leaving air in the bag. :(

The one I had was one of the less expensive ones purchased at Walmart, but I intend to get another. Perhaps just not the same model.

Next time I'll definitely upgrade to one of their other models that has more functions and see how that goes. Very easy to use and versatile for MANY things. :)

I'm curious, which model did you get, Paige?
