I would be happy to help revive usage. I think the phone app makes it really easy to use. I think the usage might have declined for example if people get a new phone, forget to get the app. Also the "promotions" tabs in emails make it easy to miss importsnt emails.

Thanks csimon...I agree...the new tabs in gmail are very annoying....

I tried to participate but Tap a talk would not let me, I'll try again the next time or will see what I have to do to get there through Facebook since that is all I had on the ship. Sue
