My cousin is giving me an 8 month maleWho is very shy and his mother and sisters beat up on him. She says he has no fighting skills... she thinks the is about 15 lbs.... I have two Petebalds, half sisters 5 lbs.each 7 and 5 1/2 years. My nephew is a vet so will take him chip and fixed.. thought about keeping him in maiden and kitchen. Have a play cage for the girls, it is large and they like it as long as they have their heated bed. Have many shelves and places to climb for the boy. Must be crazy... the girls are very sweet and love anything that is warm... they are are hairless.

Congratulations on your new Savannah! Do you have any pics?

Be sure to introduce your new boy properly to the two girls - in other words, keep him isolated/quarantined for at least two weeks so that you have ample time to bond with him, and the girls can get used to the smells and sounds of their new brother before they meet face to face. Slow introductions from that point will get the best results, depending on how well your new boy adjusts to his new home, and the girls accept their new brother.

Have pictures When I figure out how to post them will do.
Just click the 'Upload a File' button in the lower right hand corner of the message box and follow the directions - but I believe the pic has to be less than 2mb.

I selected my cat's name by using Google Translate. I typed in various words and phrases in English and was able to hear what it sounded like in Swahili. I do not have children and have never seen The Lion King so I did not know until a year later that she shares her name with a baboon!
