What do you mean paige ?

Because it was mentioned before ?

The new vet asked me to bring themba in for check up.
The old vet also sended me an email that they are going to ask an specialist in intern medicine.

I feel a bit not comfortable that 2 vets are working on the same thing.
I still need to be by my old vet next week, Bliss had a wound stapled and the vet need to get it out.
They say it was free (included in the bill i already paid the first time) so i better go back.

Yes...on FB...

IDK Niels...you need to do whatever you think is best...I would take Themba to the new vet and Bliss to the old vet to get staples removed, but that is me.

Yes i'm going to take themba to the new vet.

Just no fun telling the vet that she doesn't need to arrange the medicine because i go to a new vet.
Then next week i'm there being al friendly looking like a hypocrite because she will know she is not going to see me again.

Anyway that is because her own policy

Well I guess you could take Bliss to the new vet to pay for staples to be removed? And just not go back to the old vet?

yes i could do that.
But even removing a staple could cost quickly 50$.

option 1 : go with both to new vet
option 2 : themba to new vet bliss to old one.
Option 3 : Let old vet give themba new medication also get staple out bliss and start with a new vet next time.

havent made up my mind about that.
the new vet also wants me to bring themba in to check him.
he's been to the vet recently i don't know that's needed.
So that makes 100$ together.

I got another question about his stools and wet food.

Would it irritate his stomach if i change taste and/or brand occasionally.

Can i best give him everyday 3 times a day the same food or not ?
I want to give 1 time a day cooked chicken and 2 times wet food.
I have no idea it have to be same all the time or not.

I was thinking about giving the hills i/d in the morning.
I don't really like hills but just untill his stools are better
And in the evening cooked chicken.
The wet food he gets during the day i might change every week or few days (depending on how much i buy of it)

Is there any rule for it for a kitten with a sensitive stomach or do i just need to go trying things until something works.

If a kitten has a sensitive stomach I would be very careful introducing new foods to him. Find out what works for him and stick with those. You can rotate the amounts and times to give him some variety but I wouldn't be introducing a lot of new foods if he is intolerant to a lot of things.

So far i didn't found yet what works.
I understand i must be carefull with raw food.
But i wonder if switching canned food might be alot of a difference.
Anyway if i find something that works i would keep it that way for a while.
