Hello everybody !

Niels

Savannah Super Cat
Since yesterday he picked up something new.
Everyday i leave the room he starts jumping up the door non stop.
From downstairs it sounds like a 30lbs golden retriever is jumping up an down.
Every time i stay in my room untill he falls asleep.
But when i'm 5min downstairs he starts jumping.
I reall need to go downstairs, the house is getting a mess lol.

Monday he is 2 weeks in the room, i planned to keep him half a week longer but will it help if his place got bigger ?

I think he is demonstrating his desire to be with you, or at least to not be left alone, so even if his quarantine area is bigger, it won't necessarily make him happier if he is still alone. In the short term quarantine is tough on everyone, but in the long run it is best for all, and is helping you develop a strong bond with him.

Yes it does.

I think things are going great besides that he gives me little free time.
I find it very hard to ignore so i go lay down in bed most of the time and he comes lying on my lap or playing with the feather.
He's good at training humans :)

Now he also allows my brother to pet him who only comes a few minutes each day in the room.
He is 12days here now.

He's really growing hard.

5.9lbs he weighted yesterday at 11 weeks.

Today's breakfast of my 4 cats.
The 3 Non savannahs : ( I let them eat as much as they can)
- Figaro (16yr) : 35gr wet food
- Bliss (1.5yr) : 35gr Raw food
- Bollie (1,5yr) : 5gr wet ( I'm just starting to put him of kibble, he doesn't really eat the wet yet besides licking it. he's the heaviest cat off the gang)

Then Savannah :
- Themba Purrsalot : 155gr wet food + 20gr Raw = 175gr :big grin:

He already at more then my other cats can do at 1 day.

So can you handle them without problem ?

Do you never need to put them in a time out zone ?
Or what about trips to the vet.
Yes, No problems with handling them. When the cats "sneak" outside when I open the door, I can call them, wait for them to come to me, and then pick them up. The boys will sit on the top of the couch next to my head when watching television. They will sit next and up against my wife when she watches TV.
Mayhem is always getting timed out for tormenting the domestic cat. He refuses to learn.
To the vet, we put them in the cat carrier. It's not really a problem as my wife works at the vet and can put the carrier within sight of her. But they meow all the way to and from the vet.
