OK I will check out a door of some sort.
Walmart has baby gates for $10 http://www.walmart.com/ip/Evenflo-Position-and-Lock-Classic-Gate-Beige/26770619 You would need 2-3 for a doorway? Easier to install than a screen door.

I have been very neglegent on posting about the girls, being so obsessed with the new little Chipukizi boy. But ZIdi and Kiki continue to be a little at odds. Although, each day that Kiki is in the room with Zidi, I see Zidi calming down a little to her presence. I do need to pick up some of those screens Witchy mentioned, so the girls can spit on at each other through the door. So many things going on I just haven't had time.
But the focus today is meeting the little race cat. A little at a time.

All right. Today. Andrea's session with kilifi.
I am quite pleased. First, I have started cleaning out a room for little Chipukizi to be in during his quarantine time. Kiki has ALWAYS been curious about that room and so she has been spending a lot of time in thee since I opened. It. When Andrea made contact, Kiki was in there resting. She told Andrea she was giving daddy a break from having to play.
Then Andrea asked about the new little Kizzi that will be coming in a while. Kiki said she was looking forward to having someone to play and hunt with. She is not at all NOT wanting him to come. She is looking forward to it.
Andrea asked about Kiki attacking my feet and Kiki said dads feet are in the way and they move. But when Andréa asked her to let me sleep, she said she would try.
Andrea said Kiki was closed in her brow chakra. Nothing wrong, Just some frustration at not having enough things to keep her attention. Andrea described Kiki as bright, smart and somewhat naughty. She needs to hunt. So it was suggested I hide her food in various places so Kiki can hunt it. Also hide toys so she can search them out.
But, I was assured that Kilifi is VERY happy and loves her dad. (which made me very happy).
Kilifi is a perfect example of a Savannah who is a bit bored. Andrea says she senses a lot of Serval traits in Kiki. Much more than Zidi. But Zidi is less bored but more in need of being in control of her environment.

The meeting went well. And The ONLY concern is his small size now. But he will grow in the next 4 -6 weeks. I told Patti she should keep him as long as she felt he needed to grow to be big enough for the ever present Kilifi.
