HELP, can't eat in peace

soooo...if i sit on the couch (my usual spot) my kitten is ALL OVER ME and i cant eat without practically holding the plate above my head. And sitting at the table he just keeps jumping all over me and into my lap

maybe i need to get a spray bottle....everytime he climbs on me i tell him no and put him down, and then it happens all over again 50000000 times

Spray bottle; telling him "no" and removing him from the table; telling him "no" and giving him a timeout; locking him away while you eat; locking yourself away (all SV owners need their own fortress of solitude); putting him in a carrier while you eat so he can watch but not touch; dousing a small bit of your food with hot chili sauce and letting him "steal" it. Or you can consider it a benefit of SV ownership that you lose weight from lack of caloric input. There is a chance he'll outgrow the habit if you consistently discipline him and instead of trying to steal your food, he may do like mine do and choose to clean their butts where ever I'm eating.

LOL. He may or may not outgrow it. Bose earphones or just plain ear plugs work great. You might want to change your tagline from "Proud owner of a high percent f4 savannah" to "hungry, sleepless, & headachey owner".
