Are you really sure it is Ms Kitty... If you saw her with your own eyes it was probably a another cat from down the road dressed to look like her and you were too blurry eyed to tell the difference.

Never... But when you get up at 2 or 3 in the morning, not yet awake you can be blurrry eyed like when I have to get up at 4:30 in the morning to get ready for work... The time when you are not yet awake yet!

During the night when I hear a noise, I debate getting up or waiting until tomorrow to face it. I call got the cats, account for everyone, and roll back over.
In the morning, I have forgotten about the night's incident and am SHOCKED to see what they have done. Haha.

Ok now Josie... Had to represent Atticus for being falsely accused of doing something, and it was determined that alcohol was involved with the complainant.... Now I must ask... How do you know it was the cats and not someone that got into your house, and did what they did, and then the cats get the blame for it. If there are no eye witnesses, finger/paw prints, DNA Samples then I would have them acquitted on the bases of lack of evidence.
