Well there you have it. The complainant, by your admission, chose to ignore it and went back to sleep. So there is no case. Dismissal without prejudice.
However, seeing that you knew this in advance, and still choose to waste this court's time, you are to serve 1 week in a hostel environment.

I still got my clients case dismissed... 2 of 2.

Omg reaching new heights, mr has turned one and just grew muscles I guess.... Jumps to top of shower door and is able to stay there which is a small area to stand on....I'm impressed go savannah!

Savannah cats are more prone to do these things as they are usually more energetic than other domestic cats. And more curious and risk takers.
