How to find Blue a better home.

It's usually not that profitable to be reselling an adult cat or a older kitten... most breeders would not be looking at this as a profitable thing but as a responsible thing. And as I mentioned, it may be in the contract in which case legally that is what you must do.

You do not need to join the yahoogroup to list a cat, the info page explains what you need to include in a post and then it is simply a matter of sending an email. There are people looking in Canada.

I really hope so and yes heartbreaking. I have re homed a stray that we rescued last year and it was truly amazing. Maddie was not very happy here, snarling and skittish. I found a lady who had lost her cat almost 2 years ago and still mourned for him. Anyway brought Maddie in, let her out of the carrier and said to the lady to just let her be as she can be aggressive, I did not want Maddie to bite her. The lady ignored me and scooped her up, I cringed and Maddie snuggled into this woman looked at me as asking permission and the deal was set. My mouth hit the floor as I could only hold Maddie briefly before she would scratch and bite. It was truly the right match.

I want this type of match for Blue.

It was the first time I actually saw and understood when an animal chooses a human companion, it really made me feel a whole lot better and hope it will be the same with Blue.

I don't think it matters to the person I purchased Blue from. When we first brought him home, he wouldn't eat and he had bad diarrhea, so I emailed her for 4 days trying to get information. It was only after I let her know that the intestinal parasite he had could be transferred to humans that she actually responded to my email, with a curt thanks and she would have her other kittens checked. That was after having him for 2 weeks and into the vet 2ce to find out what the problem was. So the last person I want to contact is her, still makes me mad to think about her total lack of concern. Sorry for that rant:)). And I thought I had found the only breeder (Christopher shirk)out there that is as you described about caring. Our little one came to us extremely ill testing positive for Tritrichomonas fortis PCR, cryptosporidium PCR,giardia,C.Perf Alpha toxin Gene and feline corona virus. When I contacted him, his response was that he only gave his kittens bottled water. And I must of given her tap water. Spent hundreds & hundreds of dollars and 5 months to get her well. I feel she was a rescue but we paid plenty for her. Just of last month trying to get her proper family tree and Christopher won't give it to us unless we pay for it. I checked with TICA and cats not registered. So I feel for you. Good luck with your mission. The most important thing is our kitty is HEALTHY HAPPY AND EXTREMELY SPOILED! Isn't that why we have them? Of course! And your doing what's best for your kitty too!

I'll contact the members you suggested and see what we can do for my Buddy Blue and thanks
