Most of my Savannahs shed little, if at all, and I've never heard that servals shed much (certainly never noticed it in the ones I've met). I suspect the degree of shedding is more related to the outcrosses in the cat's background... but that's just my theory...

Pan is F6 Bella is F1 and Athena is F2
Xander is a Siamese. Sort of expect him to shed, and he does.

Ripple mat 2...... Had to throw the old one away after Vito started to chew off the metal fasteners, new one arrived this afternoon and needless to say that they've been playing and hiding in it for hours. Absolutely great source of entertainment.

The ripple is one of very few toys that all the cats love and the only one of which they never get tired of playing with.

I'd actually got the first one couple of years ago after you recommended it, and like your Savs, mine never tire of it.

So here is an update. Athena and Bella are not being so bratty to each other. Still not 100%
nice to each other, but at least not instant hissing and growling. The latest reaction from
Bella when she gets set off is that she goes after everyone. She just acts like an old lady
set in her ways.
