Is my kitten a savannah?

Hello there,
I got a savannah recently & the seller is "waiting for papers" of my kitten's parents. I just want to know everybody's opinion on my kitten, Simba's breed. What does Simba look like? Which F's is he?
Any advice is also welcome. Here are few photos of Simba.

Here's his body pattern

The pattern will not tell you generation, it won't even determine breed as there are a number of spotted cat breeds. The triangular spots seen indicate probably some Bengal heritage as that is often seen as a mild version of rosetting where the spot starts to "smear" like that. Doesn't mean your kitten isn't Savannah as Bengals have been used in Savannah programs so have that influence long after it disappears back into the pedigree.

It is concerning that you say that the seller is "waiting" for papers for the parents...this is suspicious as most breeders would have the papers of their cats before they bred them. It may indicate that the seller was sold the parents as pets and does not have papers that allow the kittens to be registered :-(

Yes, his dad is a bengal & savannah mommy? Does this make him a savannah if it's true?
As for the papers.... Yes, I am afraid of this...

I agree with Brigitte; your cute new baby could be a Savannah with Bengal heritage (or a mix of the two breeds), but without proper registration papers on the parents, you will never know for sure. At this point it doesn't matter as he is with you now :)

if the father is a bengal and the mother is a savannah then your kitten will have the A designation which means one parents is a savannah

what generation did they say the female was ? if it is true your kitten will be one down with an A

The mother is Said a F7. Haven't seen paper yet.. as long as he somewhat looks like a savannah, I guess I wasn't cheated!
