I worked with Elsa inside for a few weeks, Started off for just 2 or 3 minutes then on up to about 20 minutes... I did not use food or treat as a training tool, but I did use her teaser wands and they did well. I wanted to get her proficient with it before going out... She still falls down once in a while. It seems if she keeps her interest up on something other than the jacket she does much better... I really think that Elsa does better outside on a Leash and Jack than working inside. I also worked with her on the leash letting her get around unrestricted just getting used to the leash being there, and then I started holding her back just a little at a time. When she went out side for the first time, she actually did better than she ever did inside. Guess she had more things peaking her interest.
I don't know how old "Little Eddie" is, but keying on the word little, before taking him out would recommend having all his shots up to date, but that probably goes without saying.
