I'm sure many have or are attempting new breeds using SV's, Bengals, and Pixie Bob's. If fact I know of someone personally who is attempting it. It's nothing new when it comes to breeding, specially when it's for money.

Unfortunately Chris has not learned his lesson either. I just spoke with a lady From Turkey that wanted one of my F1 babies and I told her I do not want to go through Cites and it takes too long. She informed me that she got an F2 from Chris and it only took a week and a half to get the paperwork. I asked to see copies and all he did was get an International HC and the kitten was microchipped. She picked up the kitten herself and just flew it home without the proper paperwork. I told her "Shame on Chris" he should certainly know better.

There is nothing wrong with hand raising / bottle feeding F1 babies as I raise them. It makes for incredible temperaments and sometimes must be done as babies are born too preemie and must be in an incubator and hand raised to keep them alive.

Chris also has not had any F1's for the last couple of years. He only had a Mau and I believe she is to old to conceive anymore.

All of them? I understand that many F1s can be preemies and need some help but why would you bottle feed ALL of them? This sounds like he deliberately takes them away from the mother....or maybe I am just reading more into this.

I don't know that he bottle feeds all of them. Have not looked at his website, don't know where you saw that, really don't know what he does or why.

If I am not mistaken, the legend leopard is a cross between a bengal and a pixie-bob. They have the hooded eyes and jowls of the male pixiebobs but the ears are rounder and are missing the ear tuffs. Those cats look a lot like Agents' cats. http://www.agentcats.com/pages/stars.htm If this is so, I love how he is claiming "It's only through selective breeding that I achieved my goal of producing a breed that appears to contain bobcat blood" and "to protect the integrity of my lines I have decided to not divulge the genetics of the cats used in my Legend Leopards program at this time". Uh no, you bought a pixie bob and mated it to a bengal; end of story.

Ah yes, I do remember hearing something about a Pixiebob in the mix...
