Losing hair

Thanks everyone for the positive thoughts. On a high note, the vet had never seen a savannah, although she's familiar with hybrids because her boyfriend has 2 f2 bengals. She just loved Razi and took lots of pics of him. She told me I made her Friday by bringing him in. He was such a good boy and laid still to have his blood drawn.

Well, I just got off the phone with Razi's vet. She said all his bloodwork is completely normal. Normal thyroid, normal kidneys and liver. She is stumped as to the weight gain and hair loss, but is going to consult with specialists and get back to me.

Bummer that you couldn't get any answers, and fingers crossed that this means there's nothing serious going on.

I sure hope that's the case, Patti. I am going to treat everyone for fleas today just as a precaution. I have not found any fleas or any signs of fleas on any of them yet this year, but they do run around in the grass.
