Darned baby kittens are so stinking cute. The one on the right was looking right at us saying. You will love me...you will love me..
and I was say, I love them, I love them...
It sort of looked like the kitten chose that position on its own... and was not going to change for anyone... I certainly hope that he/she never aspirated... I know what that can bring
