Now Presenting: Yuki and Yeti

What worked for me with ringworm is athlete's foot powder sprinkled on the carpet and upholstered furniture, left for an hour or so and vacuumed. Worked like a charm.

I'll be getting some to use periodically after I am done with the fogger regimen. Good suggestion, thanks.

Since I am dealing withthe ringworm as a whole house matter, I decided that giving some explore time to the SVs was not going to make things any worse. So they now know about the livingroom, diningroom, and kitchen (no carpets).

Paz was present and let them do their exploring. Yeti isn't afraid of Paz, however Yuki still takes time to hiss in his direction and when he came out to see where the SVs were she chased him across the livingroom.

Apparently Yeti managed to find a couple of foam packing peanuts and was overjoyed playing with them. Kept a Very close eye on him before taking them away and trading him a Hyendry bunny batter, which Yuki stole and went crazy over, even growling and swatting Yeti. He has it back now that she has soaked thoroughly.

Yeti is pretty wound up, running, pouncing, being much more vocal in his little kitten voice. Alternating play withthe bunny batter and a paper bag.

Now Yuki is back to trying to pull all the hair from the hare ball.

I will try to get some pics this weekend. Yeti is starting to grow some legs. He might manage to be a tall fellow yet.

It's even more hilarious with your signature! Does ringworm HAVE a persoality?

And errr- I think even though you are dealing with a whole house treatment, I would STILL continue quarantine. JMHO. But I have a few more cats then you and I really really detest RW.

They still spend most of their time in the safe room with the supervised exploration sessions being limited to brief periods and specific locations.

And ringworm does indeed have a personality which I would describe as abrasive and clingy. :p
