Yes and I don't grind the chicken hearts I give them whole as a treat! They go nuts over them.

yep as others have said no issues. Kills all of the nasties
. Going on a bit, I have read that freezing diminishes taurine amounts/effectiveness...but I just supplement my critters with taurine and other supplements via a pumpkin puree. I actually give them 10mL injections of my supplement concoction every 2 days (as I feed them on a raw beef diet - this they love). They actually like the pumpkin and it gives them fiber too. dj
